Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwritten in, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging/banding must be included

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Items that show signs of use

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items

To start a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours (wrong item sent, significant defect, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging if damaged

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective product

For color or style swaps, a return must be processed first.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect or undeliverable:

  • Packages returned to us can be reshipped at the customer’s expense

  • Refunds are issued minus shipping costs

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After that, we may not be able to intercept the shipment.

Important Manufacturing Note

For this production run, the 3-hole punches do not align with standard American binders.
This does not affect regular notebook use, but we want to be completely transparent.
This issue does not qualify as a defect for refunds, but feel free to contact us if you have concerns.
