Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Notoble Stationery. Every order is packed with care and shipped from our student-run workspace.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (restocks, exam season, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on the items in your cart and the shipping option you select at checkout.
Domestic U.S. orders typically ship via USPS or UPS.
We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout:

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

Refunds for orders returned due to address errors will be issued minus shipping costs.
Lost / Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Notoble cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We will always do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee replacements for carrier delivery issues.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of:

The packaging

Your order number
Send to jasmine@notoblestationery.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on stock availability.
